THE MICROCOSMIC ORBIT MEDITATION

(Prerequisites: 6 Healing Sounds and Inner Smile)

A sitting meditation that opens and RECHARGES the two major energy channels of the body, and increases our spiritual vibration. We learn to enhance, direct, and store life force energy. Our health, creativity, sexuality, and spirituality will blossom. A six hour class.

IRON SHIRT CHI KUNG 1

Easy, standing postures and special breathing techniques. A POWERFUL longevity exercise which strengthens bones, tendons, knees, legs, spine, and internal organs. Improves grounding and alleviates back pain, Arthritis, Osteoporosis. A six hour class.

CHI SELF-MASSAGE

A 10 minute, easy, self-massage that rejuvenates our complexion, internal organs, and senses. A three hour class.

TAI CHI CHI KUNG 1

This short, easy to learn, POWERFUL form awakens the conscious flow of energy. A 13 posture Yang family style that promotes grace, good posture, relaxation, and joy. Prevents or alleviates heart disease, Arthritis, Osteoporosis; improves balance and leg strength.*Nine two-hour sessions.

ADVANCED LEVEL

(PREREQUISITES: 6 Healing Sounds, Inner Smile, Microcosmic Orbit, Iron Shirt Chi Kung, Chi Self-Massage)

FUSION OF THE FIVE ELEMENTS 1

(TRANSFORMING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS)

HEALING LOVE

(SEXUAL/SPIRITUAL PRACTICE)
Meditative techniques that greatly increase sexual energy and pleasure, along with boosting spiritual progress. For couples and singles. Alleviates sexual addiction, prostate problems, PMS, menopause problems. No sex in class. A six hour class.
